THE PROBLEM:

The Office os Strategic Communications is the hub of the university. This office provides planning, creating, and implementing communication strategies to engage target audiences to include prospective students, current students, families of prospective and current students, faculty and staff, donors, partners, decision-makers and the media.

When their Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Communications came to me their office need an upgrade. At the time all requests coming into the office were coming in via email. With this process, it left opportunity for human error. They were in need of a system. A system that would allow them to manage their request process efficiently.

THE SOLUTION:

We worked with FSU to create a seamless system. After we matched them with the best suited platform we met with their team to understand workflows within their department. After analyzing and mapping out updated processes we implemented them into their new platform. Now they are able to receive requests directly from their website into their project management system. All necessary stakeholders have visibility to projects and are able to review documents and designs, provide feedback, and even communicate with requestors all from the platform.

THE PROBLEM:

Mckinnon Strategic Consulting Group provides business solutions for entrepreneurs, small business, corporations, and non profits, from analytics to reporting, to evaluation. When Shawntae Mckinnon came to us she needed a place to showcase her brand for potential clients through website design. In later months, she developed a program to help business owners transform their mindset and relationship with money. Since this time she hosted a Global Money Symposium, which were able to assist with further design work. For both Shawntae needed representation online to allow attendees and participants the ease of signing up and providing detailed information.

THE SOLUTION:

We worked with Mckinnon SCG to create a fully branded website design to include brand assets she would also be able to use for marketing and for social media. For her program we came back to work with her on building out a sales page for potential program participants, still providing a cohesive branded look. For the symposium we worked with Mckinnon SCG to build out a multi page event site, which is also embedded into her current website. Along with building out the site we provided event flyers for her and her guest to use for marketing and promotion.
