Hi, I am Rhonda Evans, founder of Bowman Hearn Consulting Group.
I spent 15+ years inside the rooms where decisions get made — supporting CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams across nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, and consulting environments. I know the executive support function from the inside, because I lived it. I know exactly why systems fail, why talented assistants get buried in low-value work, and what it takes to fix both.
Over the past five years, I've led CRM and systems implementations across organizations of every size — Salesforce, Notion, Wrike, HoneyBook, Klaviyo, and more — and developed AI training programs that take teams from "we keep hearing about AI" to using it confidently every day.
