The Initial Consultation ($45, 30 min) is a focused discovery call — we clarify your situation, confirm fit, and map a direction. The Paid Strategy Session ($250, 1 hr) is a working session where we go deep on your specific challenges and build an actionable plan you can use immediately.
Do I need to book the Strategy Session before starting a retainer?
Not required, but highly recommended. The strategy session allows us to scope the retainer accurately and ensures your engagement is built on a solid operational foundation from day one.
Can a corporate training inquiry start with a consultation?
